When banks perform updates to online banking, the connection between QBO and your bank that provides us transactions, known as the bank feed, can disconnect. This article, will show you how to reconnect the bank when the connection drops.
Step 1
Login to QBO.
Step 2
Select "Transactions" on the right side menu bar.
Step 3
Then select "Bank Transactions".
Step 4
Search for the error popping as seen in the screenshots below "Update your bank", "Reconnect" or simply just "Update".
Step 5
Click "Update" or "Update my sign-in info" and follow the steps.
Step 6
Once reconnected, please reply back to the support ticket created to let you know your bank has been disconnected, that the connection has been established.
