# How to upload receipts on the Dext App

## You can take a photo of your receipts via the Dext app and have it be directly sent to our bookkeepers.

- Go to the **Cost** section on the bottom left
- Click the **Green Plus Button** 
    - Make sure the following are visible: 
          - Supplier
          - Amount
          - Date
          - Sales Taxes
- If you paid the invoice with your personal account or cash leave a **description** about what payment method you used
  
  **NOTE:** If you're signed up for our **location, class or project** **tracking** package make sure you select those fields as well.
